From the moment I found Anatolia Dental Group online, the entire experience was seamless. Scheduling over the phone was easy, completing my paperwork online was simple & convenient (They use EPIC/MyChart), & by the time I walked through the doors, I already felt like I had made the right choice. The front desk staff were welcoming, & carried the same level of professionalism I had experienced from the very first call. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Kirandeep Kaur & the entire team. Dental work can be stressful, but they made sure I felt informed, comfortable, & genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit. I received a temporary crown today & will be returning next week for the permanent crown, followed by another appointment for my cleaning. Every step of the process was explained clearly, & they consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable & understood what was happening. They were also incredibly transparent about the financial side of everything. They broke down the pricing both with & without insurance, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, & helped me set up a payment plan that worked for me. Dr. Kaur & the entire staff were professional, patient, friendly, & compassionate. It is rare to leave a dental appointment feeling this supported, but they truly made the entire experience, from finding them online to walking out after my appointment, as smooth & reassuring as possible. I would absolutely recommend Anatolia Dental Group to anyone looking for a dental office that treats people with both professionalism & kindness.
