I used to honestly hate going to the dentist. A lot of my past experiences felt rushed, uninformative, or sometimes just plain rude, and it made going to the dentist feel like something I had to get through rather than an experience where I actually felt taken care of. That completely changed after coming to Anatolia Dental Group. Every time I come in and work with Rachelle, I feel like I’m actually being listened to and taken care of. She is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and she always makes sure I understand what’s being done and why. I have a LOT of questions, and she takes the time to answer every single one without ever making me feel like I’m being annoying or asking too much. That means a lot, especially when it comes to something as important as your teeth and overall health. I genuinely can’t say enough about how lucky Anatolia Dental Group is to have someone like Rachelle on their team. She’s one of those people who makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in and leaves you feeling confident that you’re in good hands. And honestly, it’s not just Rachelle. The entire staff has made going to the dentist something I no longer dread, which I never thought I’d say! I recently became a new patient here to get caught up on dental care (I fell behind). The staff have all been so kind and welcoming. A treatment plan was established that I wanted to thank the staff for helping me map timelines to my budget. I needed deep cleaning because I went longer than I’d like to admit and was in such good care. Next up I got a needed root canal followed by two crowns - all went as well as one could hope for. I want to thank the whole team who helped me because I can tell each played a vital role in my care. I can feel the improvement and stability in dental health I was looking for.
